Finding Level 1999

Finding Level performance lasted 8 hours-common work time frame.

In a regimented time and fashion, I walked a narrow beam from one side of the ‘shed’ to the other, filling and emptying the larger cisterns with a smaller bucket attached to my wrist by rope.

My attempt to control time, to control water, to create a system, were all foiled by waters uncontrollable nature.

Like our desire to control nature and time, my ritualized attempt to mimic natures cycle ended in tired frustration.
