Slow Killing is illegal. The piece was produced for a show at the USF Contemporary Art Museum.

In the state of Florida it is illegal to transport or cultivate Water Hyacinth-it is an invasive species that can destroy bodies of water.

I transported and cultivated it, placing a small raft of the plant in a large trough foreground to a video showing a leaking hose. 

Not just a comment on the environment but humans capacity to poison themselves.
